Very Reliable!
We travel a lot and always take this heater with us. After 10 years it eventually burned out. We have bought another. It is light, compact and has worked in all sorts of third world countries.

Tea on the move
This is a great little kettle: big enough for two cups of tea, yet small and light to pack. a real gem !

fabulous & perfect
I travel a lot for business. I was finding that the higher end the hotel the less likely it was to have a coffee maker/water heater...las vegas is the worst! I bought mine earlier this year and it's already made several laps around the country and has been to europe and back. It's the perfect size to put in my bag. it boils water REALLY fast. It's very well made. I ran into a problem last week where the Bellagio housekeeping staff threw away my cups!!!!, I called up the Going in Style order desk and got replacements right away. It's now the first thing I put in my suitcase when I pack for a trip.
