Free Shipping and Returns on Orders over $50

Place any order with Going In Style over $50 (not including tax and shipping) and we will ship your order Free.  Also, we will pay the return shipping for this order if you decide to return it to us.

When you Order from Going In Style – What to Expect
We are committed to providing each customer with personalized and efficient customer service to meet your needs.  Once you Place Your Order, you will receive an immediate email confirmation that we have received your order and are beginning to process it.  You will receive a second email once the order is on its way to you specifying the shipping date and shipping method. Our  email subject line will say either "Your Going In Style Order has Shipped" or "QuantumView UPS Ship Notification"

For orders shipped with Standard Shipping, if there are any delays beyond a few days, we will contact you. 
For orders shipped with Expedited Shipping, if there are any delays that will cause you not to receive your order within the time frame requested, we will contact you.  Note that Next Day Air orders may go out the same day or within 24 hours (on the following day) depending on what you order and what time you placed your order.  If you need an order to arrive by a specific date, please let us know, and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.  You can contact us by telephone (800) 637- 8953 or (650) 356-1085 or by email if you need an Expedited Air Order to arrive on the following day for a trip.

If you wish to Contact Us , we ask that you either reply to our emails, use our web site email forms, or send us an email with “Going In Style” in the Subject Line.  This will help ensure that we properly receive your email into the correct folder so that we can act on it quickly. If you do not get a quick enough response from us regarding any email communication, we ask that you follow up with us by Telephone so that we can take care of any issues you may have. If you call during non-business hours, please leave us a message and we will get back to you.

Shipping Details

Standard Deliveries  Our goal is to ship your order within 1 or 2 business days.  Our standard shipping method is either the United Parcel Service (UPS Ground) or the United States Postal Service (USPS Mail)  and includes all 50 states as well as US territories, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO boxes. 

Expedited UPS Air Deliveries  Our goal is to ship your order within 1 business day or 24 hours.  Our expedited shipping method is the United Parcel Service (UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day Air.) and includes the lower 48 states.  We can not offer Expedited Shipping on our web site for Alaska, Hawaii or the US territories, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO boxes due to the cost variability. If you need a package Expedited to any of these locations, please call us at (800) 637-8953 for assistance. 

Expedited Mail Deliveries  Our expedited Mail shipping method Priority Mail and which usually delivers in 2-4 days and includes all 50 states.

Overweight or Oversize Items Some large items will have an extra charge of $20 - $40 added to it if it needs to be sent by Expedited Air.  The actual cost will depend on the size, weight, shipping destination, and method or shipping  – 1, 2, or 3 Day Air.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and offer a 30 day return policy for full credit or exchange at your option. Please make any returns to us via UPS or Insured Parcel Post, freight prepaid to us Going In Style Returns (see below).  Luggage over $100 requires a return authorization number RMA, please call 1-800-637-8953 or email us at:

All returns and exchanges should be returned to us in "like new" condition with all of the original instructions, attachments, and packaging complete. Sorry, but we do not take returns on socks and underwear. When returning items, please complete the form on the original packing slip with an explanation about your return, specify exchange or credit requested, package the items carefully, and send them to us at:
