This raincoat is water resistant, wrinkle-resistant and the over sized pleated hood is sure to keep you dry.

The velvet scroll designs adds a subtle texture and beauty to this raincoat while the pleated collar adds a unique and elegant feature to the raincoat. Fitted through the shoulders, the swing style coat gradually flares out into a bell shape that falls around the ankles. This classic bell shape will flatter any figure and is perfect for wearing over full dresses and skirts. The long raincoat hits at the ankle to keep you completely dry on a rainy day. Since the coat is reversible from the scroll to the solid black and is easy to pack, it is as if you are traveling with two coats in one.
